Minds+Machines Update

The Directors of Top Level Domain Holdings Limited (AIM:TLDH.L), the only publicly traded company focused exclusively on acquiring and operating new generic top-level domains ("gTLDs"), are pleased to provide the following update on the business development activity of its registry services business, Minds+Machines.

Geographic gTLD applicants

The Company is pleased to announce that Minds+Machines has signed a further agreement with a customer that has been exclusively appointed by four cities to manage their individual gTLD applications. In addition, the contract allows Minds+Machines to be the exclusive registry services provider for a further two cities with whom the third party is currently negotiating.

Minds+Machines's client, ITLD, has also confirmed its continued appointment to manage the .mumbai gTLD application on behalf of the Deputy Mayor's office of Mumbai, contrary to recent media speculation.

As previously announced, Minds + Machines additionally continues to work with parties looking to secure the rights to manage the .roma, .bayern, .munich, and .nyc gTLD applications.

Generic and Brand gTLD applicants

In addition to geographic gTLD applicants, Minds + Machines is working with a range of customers on applications for generic gTLDs where the dot ending carries a specific meaning or sense. This is potentially the most competitive segment of the gTLD applicant market, and accordingly potential applicant identities are likely to remain confidential until the gTLD application window opens.

Minds + Machines has also commenced discussions with a range of brand owners and a further update will be provided in due course.
