The Company announces that it was informed yesterday that MrΒ Guy Elliott, the Company's Non-ExecutiveΒ Deputy Chairman, on 28 May 2009Β purchased 4,500,000Β sharesΒ at a price ofΒ USD 0.033 (equivalent toΒ 2.10p)Β per ordinary share.Β
As a result Mr Elliott now owns 17,000,000Β ordinary shares inΒ Hecta Media representing 10.45Β per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.Β
