Minds + Machines Group Limited (AIM:MMX), the publicly quoted owner and operator of Internet top-level domains, announces it was informed on 26 February 2016 that on 25 February 2016, Guy Elliott, non-executive Chairman of the Company, acquired 620,000 ordinary shares at a price of 9p per ordinary share. As a result, Guy Elliott is now interested in 22,500,000 ordinary shares representing 2.97 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital. In addition, on 26 February 2016, the Company was informed that on 25 February 2016, Michael Salazar, COO and CFO of the Company, acquired 245,000 ordinary shares at a price of 9p per ordinary share. Michael Salazar is now interested in 1,875,050 ordinary shares representing 0.22 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
