The Board of MMX announces that it was informed on 7 August by Frederick Krueger that following the disposal of 30,000,000 million ordinary shares, Frederick Krueger is now interested in 41,481,604 ordinary shares representing approximately 4.96 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
