Minds + Machines Group Limited (AIM:MMX), the publicly quoted owner and operator of Internet top-level domains, announces that it was informed on 6 March 2015 that Michael Salazar, a director of the Company, acquired 200,000 ordinary shares at a price of 8p per ordinary share on 6 March 2015. As a result Michael Salazar is now interested in 1,410,375 ordinary shares representing 0.17 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
