In accordance with DTR 3, the Company announces it has been notified that Mr Luiz Carvalho, an executive director of the Company, has acquired further ordinary shares of 1 pence each ('Ordinary Shares') in the Company.
Mr Carvalho acquired 93,400 Ordinary Shares on 23 November 2011 at a price of 22 pence per Ordinary Share pursuant to the exercise of warrants. Following the acquisition of these shares, Mr Carvalho has a notifiable interest in 1,293,694 Ordinary Shares representing 0.29 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
