Directors' Shareholdings

The Company today announces that, on 30 June 2008, the following directors acquired further ordinary shares of 25 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company. 

(i)  Alan Barber, the Executive Chairman of the Company, acquired 150,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 29 pence per Ordinary Share. Following the acquisition of these shares, Mr Barber is beneficially interested in 650,000 Ordinary Shares representing 0.20 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.

(ii) Baroness Cohen of Pimlico, a non-executive director of the Company, acquired 102,500 Ordinary Shares at a price of 30 pence per Ordinary Share. Following the acquisition of these shares, Baroness Cohen is beneficially interested in 164,300 Ordinary Shares representing 0.05 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
