Board Changes

AEC is pleased to announce that with immediate effect, Munish Rao and Sabin Joshi have joined the board as non-executive directors having been appointed as nominees of Cinnovation Incorporated pursuant to the subscription agreement, details of which were announced on 3 December 2013.

Munish Rao, aged 33, has a degree in Commerce and Finance and a Masters in Business Administration. He started his career as a Research associate for Almondz Capital markets (2005 - 2006) before moving on to Oxus Investments as a Portfolio Analyst (2006 - 2008) and then Bahrain Investment Bank as an Investment Analyst (2008 - 2011). He then moved on to become a Manager in the Asset Management division of Capinnova Investment Bank (2011 - 2013) before Joining Cinnovation Group in 2013 as an Assistant General Manager

Munish Rao is not currently a Director of any Companies, nor has he been in the last 5 years.

Sabin Joshi, aged 31, started his career with Standard Chartered Bank in Nepal (2004 - 2006) before moving on to found RB Joshi and Co, which managed equity funds. He then worked at Spandana Sphoorty Financial Limited as an Assistant Vice President (2009 - 2011). In 2011 he joined Chaudhary Group as a General Manager.

In June 2013 Sabin resigned as a director from Nabil Investment Bank Ltd.
