PCA & PDMR Dealings
The Company has been notified that, on 19 October 2020, Matthew Hudson, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, and Katherine Hudson, a person closely associated with Matthew Hudson, transferred legal title in 38,865,271 ordinary shares of nil par value in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") and 8,517,340 Ordinary Shares respectively to a nominee account with their broker.
There are no changes to Matthew Hudson and Katherine Hudson's beneficial interests in the Company's Ordinary Shares as a result of this transfer. Matthew and Katherine remain interested in 38,865,271 Ordinary Shares and 8,517,340 Ordinary Shares respectively.
