PDMR Dealings
The Company has been notified that, on 16 October 2020, Peter Connell, Chief Financial Officer of the Company, acquired 11,734 ordinary shares of nil par value in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 42.4p per share. Following this purchase, Peter holds a beneficial interest in a total of 357,604 Ordinary Shares.
The Company has also been notified that, on 16 October 2020, Mark Pattimore, Executive Director of the Company, acquired 23,650 Ordinary Shares at a price of 41.8p per share. Following this purchase, Mark holds a beneficial interest in a total of 2,101,930 Ordinary Shares.
In addition, the Company has been notified that, on 15 October 2020, Andreas Tautscher, Non-Executive Director of the Company, acquired 23,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 42.4p per share. Following this purchase, Andreas holds a beneficial interest in a total of 23,000 Ordinary Shares.
