Resignation of Director
Minera IRL LimitedΒ ("Minera" or the "Company") announces that Mr Terry Streeter has tendered, and the board has accepted,Β his resignation as a Director of the Company, with immediate effect.
ExecutiveΒ ChairmanΒ Courtney Chamberlain, stated "We will miss theΒ valuable inputΒ Terry has providedΒ during more than 4 years onΒ our BoardΒ of Directors. Terry became aΒ Director in 2005 when he made a substantialΒ private equity investment in the Company. His financial support and guidance was fundamental in establishing the Company. On behalf of the Board and all shareholders, I wouldΒ like to thankΒ Terry for his valuable contributionΒ during the building period in which Minera evolved as a gold producer with a wide portfolio of interests inΒ South America."
Mr Streeter's resignation from the Minera Board will allow himΒ additional time to concentrate on his other extensive business interests.
