Minera IRL Limited11 December 2007 Minera IRL Limited Admission to Trading on the Lima Stock Exchange Minera IRL Limited ("MIRL" or "the Company") is pleased to announce theadmission to trading of the Company's ordinary shares of nil par value("Shares") on the Lima Stock Exchange ("Lima SE"), Peru, with effect from 9:30a.m (local time) on Tuesday, 11 December 2007 ("Admission"). The Admission, in conjunction with the existing AIM quote of the Company'sshares, is expected to provide additional demand for and liquidity in theCompany's shares. MIRL will be the first AIM Company to have its shares admitted to trading onboth AIM and the Lima SE. The trading symbol on both exchanges will be MIRL The Lima Stock Exchange is the best performing bourse in Latin America. Thereare more than 200 companies currently traded on the exchange with a significantcomponent of mining stocks. Total capitalization of the market exceeds US$100billion. Trading volume has increased five fold since 2004 and currently standsat approximately US$12 billion per annum. Trading hours of the Lima SE are from9:30 - 4:00 pm, Lima (GMT -5 hours).
