Director Share Purchase & PDMR Notoification
Mila Resources Plc (LSE:MILA), the post-discovery gold exploration accelerator, announces that Mark Stephenson, Executive Chairman, purchased 10,000,000 ordinary shares of £0.01 ("Ordinary Shares") on market at an average price of 0.195 pence per Ordinary Share for gross consideration of £19,500.
Following this share purchase, Mark Stephenson holds 17,216,761 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 3.2 per cent of the Company's voting rights.
Further details of the share purchase are set out in the PDMR form below which has been made in accordance with the Market Abuse Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014 which is part of UK law by virtue of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018.
