CAUTIONARY NOTICE
Shareholders are advised that the Company has received a letter from one of its major shareholders requesting that the Company's Board of Directors convenes an extraordinary general meeting ("EGM") at which shareholders will be asked to vote on proposals aimed at resolving shareholder differences.
A notice will shortly be sent to shareholders convening the requested EGM and until such time as such notice is issued, shareholders are urged to exercise caution in dealing in the Company's shares.
