KINGDOM MEIKLES LIMITED

CAUTIONARY NOTICE

Shareholders are advised that the Company has received aΒ letterΒ from one of its major shareholders requesting that the Company's Board of Directors convenes anΒ extraordinaryΒ general meeting ("EGM") at whichΒ shareholders will be asked to vote on proposals aimed at resolving shareholder differences.

A notice will shortly be sent to shareholders convening the requested EGM and until such time as such notice is issued, shareholders are urged to exercise caution in dealing in the Company's shares.
