Joint Announcement Mobeus Income & Growth VCT plc, Mobeus Income & Growth 2 VCT plc, Mobeus Income& Growth 4 VCT plc and The Income & Growth VCT plc. Joint Offer for Subscription and Issue of Prospectus The Boards of Mobeus Income & Growth VCT plc, Mobeus Income & Growth 2 VCT plc,Mobeus Income & Growth 4 VCT plc and The Income & Growth VCT plc ("theCompanies") are pleased to announce the launch of a joint offer forsubscription to raise, in aggregate, up to £24 million (as may be increased)("the Offer"). The Offer is open to existing shareholders and new investors. Investors'subscriptions will be divided equally between each of the Companies. The Offer opened on 28 November 2013 and will close at 12.00 noon on 30 April2014 (unless fully subscribed by an earlier date or otherwise extended orclosed at the Directors' discretion). Investors have the opportunity,therefore, to invest in both the 2013/2014 and 2014/2015 tax years. However,persons intending to subscribe for share under the Offer in the 2013/2014 taxyear should note that the deadline for such subscriptions is 12.00 noon on 4April 2013. Investors who successfully apply for shares pursuant to the Offer up to theearlier of the first £12 million being raised or 7 February 2014, will be givenan early investment incentive of additional shares equivalent to 1.25 per cent.of the amount they subscribed for under the Offer.
