Notification about threshold crossing in MHP's GDRs

MHP SE ("MHP", LSE ticker: "MHPC"), one of the leading agro-industrial companies in Ukraine, focusing on the production of poultry and the cultivation of grain, announces that it was informed by Prosperity Capital Management Limited about threshold crossing in MHP GDRs (decrease of the position). Prosperity Capital Management Limited holdings represent now 11,004,751 GDRs or 9.93% (decreased from 10% announced in press release of MHP on October 13, 2017) of the issued capital of the Company.

Note: this announcement is made based of the form received by MHP on November 02, 2017 from Prosperity Capital Management Limited (form presented to CFFS on October 13, 2017) notifying the acquisition or disposal of major holdings pursuant to the law and grand-ducal regulation of January 11, 2008 on transparency requirements for issuers of securities (referred to as "the Transparency Law" and "the Transparency Regulation".
