MHP S.A. (LSE: MHPC) ("MHP" or "The Company") announces that on 11 September 2009 it received notification that on that day, John Grant, Non-executive director purchased a total of 17,000 GDRs in the Company at a price of $10.00 per GDR.
The beneficial interest of John Grant is 17,000 GDRs now and represents 0.015% of the total issued GDR-share capital of the Company.
