MHP S.E.Conversion from MHP S.A. to MHP SE

MHP S.A. (LSE: MHPC) ("MHP" or the "Company"), one of the leading agro-industrial companies in Ukraine, focusing on the production of poultry and the cultivation of grain, announces today that, according to the extract issued by the Luxembourg Trade and Companies Register on August 08, 2017, the Company has converted from a public limited liability company ("société anonyme") into a European company ("Societas Europaea") effective as of August 07, 2017 (the "Conversion"). The Company is in the process of arranging the updating of administrative records to reflect the Conversion and expects this process to be finalized within the next few days.
