Resignation of director
MHP SE ("MHP", LSE ticker: "MHPC"), one of the leading agro-industrial companies in Ukraine, focusing on the production of poultry and the cultivation of grain, announces today that Mr Philippe Lamarche, after 7 years as a non-executive director, has resigned from the Board of Directors of MHP SE for personal reasons, effective immediately. The Board is initiating a search for the relevant candidate to replace Mr Lamarche in the nearest future.
