Morgan Sindall Group plc (the "Company") announces that the final dividend of 30.0p per share, as recommended by the directors of the Company and announced in the Company's preliminary results announcement dated 22 February 2011, will now be paid as a second interim dividend.

The timetable for the dividend will remain unchanged and is as follows:

Ex-dividend date 20 April 2011

Record date 26 April 2011

Payment date 16 May 2011
