Morgan Sindall PLC05 April 2007 Morgan Sindall plc ("Morgan Sindall") Lovell to carry out £60m-plus of housing improvement work in north London Housing refurbishment specialist Lovell, a division of Morgan Sindall plc, hasbeen chosen by Homes for Haringey to carry out more than £60 million of housingimprovement work over four years in Tottenham, north London. Work is set tostart in 2008. Homes for Haringey, in partnership with Haringey Council, is planning to investover £300 million to improve residents' homes to ensure that Haringey exceedsthe Government's Decent Homes housing improvement targets. Lovell is one of four framework partners appointed by Homes for Haringey to workon its housing refurbishment scheme.
