Disclosure of Interests in Shares under the Transparency Obligations Directive (Disclosure and Transparency Rules) Instrument 2006
M&G High Income Investment Trust P.L.C. (M&G HIT) announces that it has today been informed that Prudential plc and certain of its subsidiaries are interested in 124,161,907 M&G HIT Income shares and 124,161,907 M&G HIT Capital shares, representing 63.05% of the total voting rights in M&G HIT. These shares are held within Income & Growth Units and Package Units on behalf of M&G ISA account holders.
