Director's Share Dealing

The Company was informed on 28th September 2010 that Rene Nominees (IOM) Limited on trust for Southern Rock Insurance Company Limited purchased:

·; 25,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company at 10.25p per share

·; 100,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company at 10.75p per share

·; 75,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company at 10.5p per share

Mr Arron Banks, Director of the Company is beneficially interested in 45.8 % of the issued share capital of Southern Rock Insurance Company Limited.

As a result of these purchases the total holding of Ordinary Shares held by Rene Nominees (IOM) Limited on trust for Southern Rock Insurance Company Limited is 2,469,466 representing 2.8% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.

In addition, STM Fidecs Nominees Limited holds 3,481,333 Ordinary Shares in the Company on trust for Southern Rock Insurance Company Limited representing 3.95% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.

Mr Banks is also beneficially interested in 51% of the issued share capital of Rock Holdings Limited. The total Ordinary Shares held in the Company by STM Fidecs Nominees Limited on trust for Rock Holdings Limited is 7,038,193 representing 7.98% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.

Rene Nominees also holds 1,083,333 Ordinary Shares in the Company on trust for Mr Banks (1,050,000 held on behalf of his SIPP and 33,333 directly) representing 1.23% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.

The total Ordinary Shares in which Mr Banks has a beneficial interest in is 14,072,325 representing 15.96% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
