Director's Share Dealing

The Company was informed on 28th May 2010 that Rene Nominees (IOM) Ltd on trust for Mr Arron Banks, Director of the Company purchased 100,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company at 10.75p per share on 28th May 2010. As a result of this purchase the total holding of Ordinary Shares held by Rene Nominees (IOM) Ltd on trust for Mr Banks is 375,000 (350,000 held on behalf of his SIPP and 25,000 directly) representing 0.59% of the ordinary share capital of the Company.

Mr Banks is also beneficially interested in 51 per cent of the issued share capital of Rock Holdings Ltd. The total Ordinary Shares held in the Company by STM Fidecs Nominees Ltd on trust for Rock Holdings Ltd is 5,278,645 representing 8.32% per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.

In addition, Mr Banks is beneficially interested in 37.5 per cent. of the issued share capital of Southern Rock Insurance Company Ltd. STM Fidecs Nominees Ltd holds 2,611,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company on trust for Southern Rock Insurance Company Ltd representing 4.12% per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company. Rene Nominees (IOM) Ltd holds on trust 740,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company for Southern Rock Insurance Company Ltd representing 1.17% of the ordinary share capital of the Company.

The total Ordinary Shares in which Mr Banks has a beneficial interest in is 9,004,645 representing 14.2% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
