Director's Dealing

The Company was informed on 28th September 2012 that TD Direct Investing Nominees (Europe) Ltd in trust for Mr David Gibson, a Director of the Company, purchased 250,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 5 pence per share on 28th September 2012.

As a result of this purchase the total holding of Ordinary Shares held by TD Direct Investing Nominees (Europe) Ltd in trust for Mr Gibson is 428,853 representing 0.48% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.

In addition, the Company was informed that on 28th September 2012 Mr Douglas Grant, a Director of the Company, purchased 100,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 4 pence per share on 28th September 2012.

As a result of this purchase the total holding of Ordinary Shares held by Mr Douglas Grant is 680,821 representing 0.76% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
