Director/PDMR Shareholdings
Mr John Banks, Non-Executive Director, was informed by the Trustees of the Banks Family Settlement on 19th June 2018 that 1,443,833 of the Company's ordinary shares (representing 1.1% of the total issued share capital) held by Rene Nominees (IOM) Limited in trust for Marquise Holdings Limited have been transferred (the "Transfer") and are now held by Rene Nominees (IOM) Limited in trust for ICS Risk Solutions Limited (IOM). Marquise Holdings Limited is an asset of the Banks Family Settlement.
Following the Transfer, Rene Nominees (IOM) Limited holds 9,777,166 of the Company's ordinary shares in trust for ICS Risk Solutions Limited (IOM) and, as a result, Mr John Banks no longer has an interest in the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
The overall total ordinary shares of the Company in which Mr Arron Banks, a significant shareholder, has a beneficial interest remains unchanged at 38,153,158, representing 29.10% of the shares in issue.
