Merchant Securities, the financial services group, announces that its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 March 2011, containing the Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM"), has today been posted to shareholders.
These documents are available to view on the Group's website, www.merchantsecurities.co.uk.
The AGM will be held at 10.00 a.m. on Wednesday, 28 September 2011 at 51-55 Gresham Street, London EC2V 7HQ.
