Notification of Transactions of Directors/Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility and Connected Persons in accordance with DTR 3.1.2 R
The Company was notified on 18 March 2014 that Andrew Smith, Finance Director of Mears, had exercised share options over 72,967 ordinary shares of one pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") as detailed below.

The Company was notified on 18 March 2014 that Alan Long, Executive Director of Mears, had exercised share options over 42,088 ordinary shares of one penny each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") as detailed below.

On 19 March 2014, the Company was also informed that Mr. Smith and his connected parties sold 72,967 Ordinary Shares at an average price of 493.0 pence per share. Following the transaction Mr. Smith and his connected parties continue to have an interest in 105,000 Ordinary Shares. Mr. Smith also has an interest in share options over 135,578 shares under the Share Plan 2013.
On 19 March 2014, the Company was also informed that Mr. Long sold 72,088 Ordinary Shares at an average price of 493.0 pence per share. Following the transaction Mr. Long has an interest in 36,230 Ordinary Shares. Mr. Long also has an interest in share options over 109,088 shares under the Share Plan 2013.
On 19 March 2014, the Company was also informed that Rory Macnamara, Non-Executive Director, bought 10,000 Ordinary Shares, at an average price of 498.1 pence per share. Mr. Macnamara had no previous holding.
