Mears Group PLC (LSE: MER) announces that it has been notified that Mr Andrew Smith, Chief Financial Officer, purchased 25,000 ordinary shares of 1 penny each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 6 November 2024, at an average price of 363.67 pence per share.
Following this purchase, Mr Smith has an interest in 407,890 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.45 per cent. of the Company's voting share capital.
