Statement re suspension
As a result of the delay in publishing its audited accounts for the year to 31 December 2011, the board announce that the Company's shares have been suspended from trading on AIM pursuant to AIM Rule 19. The suspension, which commenced at 07.30am on 29 June 2012, will remain in place until the Company's accounts have been published and posted to shareholders. The delay in finalising the audit is principally related to postponement in consolidation of group's non-Malaysian subsidiaries.
