("MediLink" or the "Company")

Issue of Equity

MediLink-Global UK Limited, the electronic healthcard network service provider, is pleased to announce that it has raised GBP 321,198 (before expenses) through the placing of 1,784,433 new ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company (the "Placing Shares") at a price of 18 pence per share (the "Placing"). The net proceeds of the Placing will be used for general working capital purposes and to develop MediLink's Chinese operations.

The Placing Shares will rank in full for all dividends or other distributions hereafter declared, made or paid on the ordinary share capital of the Company and will rank pari passu in all other respects with all other ordinary shares in issue. The Placing Shares will represent approximately 1.7% of the enlarged issued share capital of the Company.

The Placing has been carried out within the Company's current share authorities and application will be made to the London Stock Exchange for the Placing Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission"). It is expected that Admission will take place on or around 19 April 2010. On Admission there will be 105,650,280 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company in issue.
