The Board of MediLink, the electronic healthcard network service provider, announces that Yap Tai Tee (Executive Director) and Ng Lai Siang (Non-Executive Director) have resigned from the board of MediLink with immediate effect to focus on other business interests.

Shia Kok Fat, Chief Executive Officer, commented; "It is with reluctance that the Board has accepted the resignations. I would like to thank Mr Yap and Ms Ng for their contributions to the Company and wish them well for the future."
