Contract Renewal

Medilink-Global UK Limited ("Medilink") announces the renewal of its prevailing Service Agreement with ING Employee Benefits Sdn Bhd ("INGEB") which expired on December 31, 2010. The renewed Service Agreement shall be in-force and operative for a consecutive period of five (5) years with effect from January 01, 2011 until December 31, 2015. The total estimated value of the said renewed Service Agreement is RM5 million (approximately £1 million).

INGEB is a wholly owned entity of ING Insurance Berhad, which is currently the industry leader in providing Group Health Insurance and Employee Benefits Administration in Malaysia.

Medilink, through its Malaysian operating entity, Datalink Healthcard Network Sdn Bhd, has been providing its Electronic Healthcard Network services to INGEB in Malaysia since January 01, 2006. Medilink operates secured and trusted electronic healthcard networks in Malaysia, China, Hong Kong, Singapore and Thailand.
