("MediLink" or the "Company")

Holdings in Company and Director Shareholding

The Board of MediLink, the electronic healthcard network service provider, was notified today of the following transactions in the share capital of MediLink:

·; Asdion Digital Advance System Sdn Bhd ("ADAS"), a company owned by Asdion Berhad ("Asdion"), sold 8,000,000 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 2.2 pence per Ordinary Share in an off-market transaction (the "ADAS Share Transaction"). Following the ADAS Share Transaction, ADAS is interested in 22,464,000 Ordinary Shares representing 18.58 per cent. of the issued share capital of MediLink. Mr Yap Tai Tee, Executive Director of MediLink, is Chief Executive of, and a substantial shareholder in, Asdion and therefore indirectly interested in the Ordinary Shares held by ADAS.

·; Mr Heah Theare Haw sold 22,000,000 Ordinary Shares in an off-market transaction (the "Heah Share Transaction"). Following the Heah Share Transaction, Mr Heah is interested in 1,262,500 Ordinary Shares representing 1.04 per cent. of the issued share capital of MediLink. Mr Heah also has an indirect interest in a further 2,130,953 Ordinary Shares by virtue of being a major shareholder in both Asdion and ADAS. Mr Heah therefore has a total direct and indirect interest in 3,393,453 Ordinary Shares equivalent to 2.81 per cent. of the issued share capital of MediLink.

·; Ms Lei Nga Wan acquired the 30,000,000 Ordinary Shares pursuant to the ADAS Share Transaction and the Heah Share Transaction detailed above. Following the acquisition of shares Ms Wan is interested in 31,700,000 Ordinary Shares representing 26.22 per cent. of the issued share capital of MediLink.

The effective date of the above share transactions is 19 March 2012.
