MicroEmissive Displays Group PLC10 October 2006 MicroEmissive Displays Group plc ("MED" or the "Company") 10 October 2006 As indicated in the Company's placing announcement on 6 September 2006, MEDannounces that the following options were granted on 9 October 2006: 1. To Bill Miller, Chief Executive, options over 342,644 ordinary shares in the Company exercisable as to one third on grant, one third on 11 July 2007 and onethird on 11 July 2008. 2. To Bill Miller, options over a further 85,661 ordinary shares in the Companyexercisable as to one third on 6 October 2007, one third on 6 October 2008 and one third on 6 October 2009 subject to certain performance targets being met by 31 March 2007. 3. To Graeme Walker, Finance Director, options over 250,000 ordinary shares in the Company exercisable as to one third on 1 April 2007, one third on 1 April 2008 and one third on 1 April 2009. 4. To Paul van Eynde, Sales & Marketing Director, options over 250,000 ordinary shares in the Company exercisable as to one third on 17 July 2007, one third on 17 July 2008 and one third on 17 July 2009. These options were granted at an exercise price of 27 pence per share, being theaverage of the closing mid market price of the Company's shares on the threetrading days preceding the date of grant. Mr Walker's options, Mr van Eynde'soptions and 370,000 of Mr Miller's options were granted under the EnterpriseManagement Initiative and the balance of Mr Miller's options on an unapprovedbasis. In addition the Company announces that Mr Miller has agreed to the cancellationof options over 171,322 ordinary shares in the Company granted on 6 October2005. The Company has been advised that those options may not have been validlygranted, and has therefore re-granted options over 171,322 ordinary shares inthe Company to Mr Miller at an exercise price of 82.5p per share exercisable on11 July 2008 on an unapproved basis.
