McBride announces that Alastair Murray, non-executive director of the Company and Chair of the Audit and Risk Committee, has been appointed as a non-executive director and Chair of the Audit and Risk Committee of Greencore Group plc, a leading manufacturer of convenience foods in the UK, with effect from 1 February 2023.
This notice is given in fulfilment of the obligations under paragraph 9.6.14 of the Listing Rules.
