Accordingly, application has been made for the 7,676 new ordinary shares to beadmitted to trading on AIM and it is expected that admission will take place on1 February 2008. The new ordinary shares will rank pari passu with the existing shares of theCompany. Following this allotment, the total issued share capital of the Companywill increase to 40,370,968 ordinary shares.
