Michelmersh Brick Holdings PLC17 December 2007 17 December 2007For Immediate Release Michelmersh Brick Holdings PLC Director / PDMR Shareholding Michelmersh Brick Holdings PLC ("Michelmersh" or the "Company") has beeninformed that Martin Warner, Managing Director, has today sold 328,232 ordinaryshares in the Company at a price of 110 pence per share through a placing withcertain institutional and other investors (the "Placing"). The Placing has beenundertaken today to satisfy market demand and to meet personal tax planningrequirements arising from the proposed forthcoming changes to Capital Gains Tax.In addition, proceeds will be applied to The Jericho Foundation; a registeredcharity helping disadvantaged members of society to overcome social and otherproblems to enable them to return to full time employment and self sufficiency.Mr Warner is a Director and Trustee of the Jericho Foundation. Accordingly, Mr Warner is now beneficially interested in 6,588,732 ordinaryshares, representing 16.32 per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital of theCompany.
