Director/PDMR shareholding
Michelmersh Brick Holdings Plc (AIM: MBH), the specialist brick manufacturer, announces that on 22 April 2024, it was notified that Robert Fenwick, an Independent Non-Executive Director of the Company, had purchased 20,000 ordinary shares of 20 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 22 April 2024, at a price of £1.00 per Ordinary Share.
Following the acquisition, Robert Fenwick's beneficial interest in the Ordinary Shares of the Company is 20,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.02 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
