Results of the Annual General Meeting
Michelmersh Brick Holdings PLC (AIM: MBH), the specialist brick manufacturer, announces that at its Annual General Meeting held earlier today, Thursday 12 May 2022, all resolutions were duly passed.
The results of the voting by way of a poll on the ordinary and special resolutions put to the AGM, and set out in the Notice of the Annual General Meeting dated 8 April 2022, were as follows:
