Aberdeen Grwth Opp VCT2 PLC10 April 2007 ABERDEEN GROWTH OPPORTUNITIES VCT 2 PLC 10 APRIL 2007 Aberdeen Growth Opportunities VCT 2 PLC ("the Company") Offer for subscription of S Ordinary Shares ("the Offer") The Directors of Aberdeen Growth Opportunities VCT 2 PLC are pleased to announcethat pursuant to the Offer for Subscription which opened on 6 October 2006, theCompany issued and allotted 3,472,297 S Ordinary shares of 10 pence on 5 April2007, bringing the number of S Ordinary share issued to 4,454,702. Further SOrdinary Shares will be issued and allotted in respect of the 2007/2008 tax yearfollowing receipt of valid applications under the Offer.
