Marula Mining (AQSE: MARU A2X: MAR), an African focused mining and development company, has received notification on 30 May 2025, that Gathoni Muchai Investments Limited ("GMI") acquired 16,500,000 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company through an off-market share purchase on 30 May 2025.
Jason Brewer, a director of the Company, is a director and shareholder of GMI.
