Result of General Meeting
Following blur's announcement on 7 July 2017 that it had conditionally raised gross proceeds of £1.75 million by way of a placing, the Company is pleased to announce that at the General Meeting held today all Resolutions proposed to effect the placing were duly passed. The placing remains conditional on the placing shares being admitted to trading on AIM, as well as the resumption of trading in the Company's existing share capital following the suspension of trading that took effect on 28 June 2017.
Application has been made for the placing shares to be admitted to trading on AIM and it is expected that admission will become effective and that dealings in the placing shares and resumption of trading in the existing ordinary shares will commence at 8.00 a.m. on 1 August 2017 following the publication of the Company's annual report and accounts for the year to 31 December 2016. The annual report and accounts and the Company's final results announcement are expected to be published at 7.00am on 1 August 2017.
