Change of Auditor
blur Group plc today announces that, following a formal tender process for its statutory audit contract, KPMG LLP has been appointed as blur's statutory auditor with immediate effect. KPMG LLP will be responsible for the statutory audit for the year ended 31 December 2014.
The tender process included the largest international audit firms and ran on blur's business services e-commerce platform.
BDO LLP, blur's previous statutory auditors ceased to hold office with effect from 6 November 2014.
Robert Brooksbank, Chairman of the blur Audit Committee, said: "We thank BDO LLP for their contribution as blur's auditors and we look forward to working with KPMG LLP going forward."
