Grant of Options
blur (Group) Plc (BLUR), the technology company that's reinventing commerce at blurgroup.com, announces that the Board has approved the Remuneration Committee's recommendation to grant David Sherriff, Non-Executive Director, 15,000 options over ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"). These options become exercisable after a period of four years from the date of grant, subject to market based performance criteria, and pursuant to the rules of the Company's Share Option Plan. The options have an exercise price of 425p per share, being the closing mid-market price of the Company's Ordinary Shares as at 15 October 2013.

At that time, just over three project briefs per month were submitted. Over the same time, average project value has grown from approximately $1,500 in 2010 to $28,800 in Q3 2013.
Today, more than 2,900 projects have been submitted with a combined value of over $62 million. These have come from the US, UK, Europe, Africa and Asia with over 31,000 expert service providers on eight exchanges responding to them.
