Directorate Change
The Company announces that it has appointed Nicholas Woolard as Non-Executive Director with immediate effect. Athol also announces that, Leslie Brady, Non-Executive Director, has decided to step down as a director and leave the Company to pursue other opportunities.
Nicholas John Woolard (age 53) is a finance industry professional with broad offshore experience gained through 30 years with Barclays Bank and three years with Fedelta Trust Limited, a fiduciary services provider.
