Change of Name
The Directors of the Company wish to announce that, following receipt of shareholder approval at the annual general meeting of the Company on 25 November 2010, the change of name from Hameldon Resources Limited to Athol Gold Limited has been processed at the Registrar of Companies in the Cayman Islands. The Company is now incorporated under the name of Athol Gold Limited.
The Company's shares will trade under the new name on the London Stock Exchange with effect from 8 a.m. on Friday 10 December 2010 and the Company's AIM symbol will change from 'HRE' to 'AHG'.
In order to reflect the new name, the Company will, in due course, change its website address to www.atholgold.com.
