Dividend record date
Macfarlane Group PLC confirms that, subject to shareholder approval, a dividend of 1.05p per share will be paid on Thursday 8 June 2012 to all shareholders whose names appear on the register of members at the close of business on Friday 11 May 2012.
The ex-dividend date will be Wednesday 9 May 2012.
