Board Changes
Macfarlane Group PLC (MACF.L) announces today that Bob McLellan will retire from the Board on 31st December 2023, following a long period of distinguished service. A recruitment process for his replacement as a Non-Executive Director has commenced and an announcement will be made in due course when a suitable candidate has been appointed.
As part of this change, James Baird, Audit Committee Chair, will become the Senior Independent Director ("SID") of the Group.
Aleen Gulvanessian, Chair of Macfarlane Group, said: "The Board thanks Bob for his invaluable contribution over the past 10 years. We wish him well for the future."
